Biologique Recherche facial treatments are based on a personalized dermo-cosmetic diagnosis following analysis of your Skin Instant©, to ensure they match your needs. Your skin expert will choose from one of the following treatments:
Soin Lissant - Smoothing, Renewing & Hydrating Facial: Your skin is refreshed, fine lines smoothed and contours toned, providing instant radiance and long-lasting moisturization.
Lift C.V.S. - Lifting and Contouring Facial: An exfoliating and lifting treatment combined with toning and shaping techniques to sculpt, contour and firm the shape of the face.
Lotion MC 110 - Plumping and Exfoliating Facial: A re-plumping treatment to tone, revitalize and reduce the look of wrinkles. The epidermis’ irregular micro-profile is smoothed and the shape of your face is redefined. Your skin appears smoother, cleaner and younger.
MASSAGE
Esalen Massage: Is best described as the meeting and merging of form, energy, structure, and soul. With its nurturing contact, long strokes, and detailed attention to the whole body, an Esalen Massage provides a state of deep relaxation and healing. Our holistic modality, designed to enhance awareness and balance, achieves therapeutic effects without deep-tissue techniques.
Deep Tissue Massage: A type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower, and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.
Sports Massage: A special form of massage and is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, draining away fatigue, relieving swelling, reducing muscle tension, promoting flexibility and preventing injuries. The main purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension, which builds up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity.
Kinetic Swedish Massage: The goal of the intervention will be to obtain total muscle relaxation and to promote greater amplitude of movement; hence the term « kinetic », which means movement. The Kinetic Swedish Massage® techniques are applied from one tendon to the next.
